Meet your hand therapist team
Proudly caring for the Bendigo community
Jane Sutton, founder of The Upper Hand Clinic, has been a trusted part of the Bendigo community for over a decade, providing specialised care for hands, wrists, and upper limbs.
Our story began with a simple mission: to deliver expert, compassionate care for individuals needing rehabilitation and support to restore the function and vitality of their upper limbs.
Over the years, we’ve been honoured to help thousands of patients regain strength, performance and confidence in their daily lives.

We proudly serve our local community as a clinic deeply rooted in Bendigo. We know the importance of reliable, accessible healthcare close to home.
Our therapists are dedicated professionals and locals who understand our community's needs and values.
The Upper Limb Clinic is more than just a new name
Our rebrand represents our commitment to a holistic, life-focused approach to care. We chose this name to embody our dedication to supporting lifelong health, engagement, and empowerment for everyone who walks through our doors.

The Upper Limb Clinic underscores our passion for helping patients thrive, whether recovering from a sporting injury, managing a chronic condition, or healing post surgery. This transition also allows us to provide a more comprehensive service offering, focusing on hands and the entire upper limb. We emphasise empowering each patient for the long term.

Our commitment to the people of the Loddon, Campaspe, Mallee and Murray regions remains at the heart of everything we do. We’re here to continue providing quality, personalised care backed by years of experience and a genuine investment in our patients’ lives. Thank you for joining our journey—from Sandhurst Hand Therapy to The Upper Hand Clinic.

We look forward to many more years of helping our community optimise performance, stay strong, engaged, and ready for life’s adventures.
